30 days from delivery for unused items in original condition. Email support@uvrelle.shop with your order number to start a return. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective — then we cover it and replace or refund.
